We do not store the body of your emails

Anonymous information such as feature usage, settings, and crash data used strictly to improve reliability and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

AI assistance for summarization, categorization, and priority alerts
Customer support and issue resolution

We never sell personal information and never use your data to train AI models.

Isolated production environments and hardened pipelines

9. OAuth Scope Transparency

OrganizeEmail uses Google OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication and requests the following Gmail API scope:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly

This scope allows read-only access to email metadata and message content.
The application cannot send, delete, modify, or move emails.
No changes are made to the user's Gmail account.

Users may revoke OrganizeEmail's access at any time from their Google Account security settings.

10. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies and consent-based analytics only. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

11. Children's Privacy

OrganizeEmail is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

13. International Transfers

Data is processed in India, with strong technical and organizational safeguards.
