1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (or have valid parental consent) to use the Service. The Service is not intended for children under 13.
2. Description of Service
OrganizeEmail is an AI-powered email organization application built on the Gmail API using read-only access. Core features include smart categorization, email analysis, summaries, and productivity assistance without modifying user emails.
OrganizeEmail does not store Gmail message bodies or attachments on its own servers. Data is processed securely and transiently as described in the Privacy Policy.
From time to time we may offer features marked as Beta, or Preview. Such features are provided “as is”, may change or be discontinued at any time, and are not included in any SLA. Your feedback helps us improve them.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You must authorize read-only access using a valid Google Account (OAuth 2.0).
- OrganizeEmail never sees or stores your Google password.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Send unsolicited or commercial spam, phishing content or malware using the Service.

5. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent user data. Email content is not permanently stored on our servers.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, the Service is discontinued, or as required by law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
